Coconut Cacao Balls

Mondays, how I loathe you. The only thing I like about them is it’s a reset to your weekend. If you eat out, or have a few cocktails over the weekend (like I did), Monday is here to save you. At least that’s the thought process that get’s me through it.

On a different note, did anyone watch SNL over the weekend and see the “near-life death experience skit”? If you didn’t you need too!

I couldn’t stop laughing at Kate McKinnon, I mean she always makes me laugh until I’m in tears but this was out of this world! It was a play-off of her other skit when Ryan Gosling was on… if you haven’t seen that one, do yourself a favor. Here’s the clip: #fullondonaldduck

This recipe is amazing! If you’re in the mood for a tasty treat, like I always am, this is an easy way to fill your cravings. These balls are gluten, dairy and soy free – plus the essential fats found in coconut oil promotes healthy skin. So it’s crazy not to make these! Let me know what you think!

Oh, and shout out to my dad who wanted me to say “my father is freakin’ awesome”… and he really is 🙂
