Weekly Workouts 5/30-6/4

First Saturday in June, and what do we have in store? Yep, our first party at our house. We’re so excited! It’s going to be a crazy morning here, full lots of unfinished chores, party set up, and last minute errands. That’s why I figured I had to get a run in early, plus I’ll make some room for a few margaritas ;).

So get outside and enjoy your weekend!


Cardio: Outside Run 3.5 miles on treadmill 28:57


Cardio: Treadmill Run 5k (24:11)


  • Back Squat 3×8 115lbs
  • Deadlift 3×8 95lbs
  • RDL 3×10 55lbs
  • Weighted Box Lunges 2×10 (each leg) 30lbs
  • Weighted Oblique Crunch 3×10 45lbs


Cardio: Treadmill Run 4 miles (32:20)


  • Tricep Dips 3×15 BW
  • Bicep Curl w/Shoulder Press 2×12 12lbs
  • Seated Cable Row 3×10 70lbs
  • Back Bends 20 w/ 25lbs
  • Medicine Ball Crunches 3×15 10lbs
  • Medicine Ball Toe Touches 3×12 10lbs
  • Planks 2x45seconds


Cardio: Interval Sprinting (Outside) 400meter sprints full speed 10 times


Cardio: Treadmill Run 3.5 Miles (28:04)


  • Sumo Squats 3×10 50lbs
  • RDLs 3×10 60lbs
  • Deadlifts 3×10 95lbs
  • Overhead Walking Lunge 10/each leg 35lbs
  • Weighted Oblique Crunch 3×12 35lbs
  • Medicine Ball Crunch 3×12 10lb
  • Medicine Ball Toe Touches 3×12 10lb
  • Planks 3x45seconds

  1. Its such as you read my thoughts! You appear to understand so much
    about this, such as you wrote the book in it or something.
    I think that you simply could do with a few percent to force the message house a little
    bit, but other than that, that is fantastic blog. A fantastic read.
