Are you ready to get after the holiday this week? I can’t believe Thanksgiving is already here, where did the year go?! I’m trying so hard to stay really really strict this week by mainly eating greens, just so I can prepare my body for the most epic meal of the year.
Staying healthy during Thanksgiving is always hard to do, with traditional stuffing (with bread) filling the house with smells, and apple pies staring you in the face – it’s hard not to give in. I wanted to give everyone some easy, paleo and gluten free substitutes for some of your favorite Thanksgiving dishes, that totally stand up to the “OGs”. Whether your looking for a side dish, appetizer or breakfast, I tried to list all my favorites that taste great and are easy to make.
