The easiest way for me to eat venison is by putting it in a pasta sauce, specifically a bolognese. The meat soaks up the tomatoes, parsley, basil, and other vegetables so you hardly notice that its in there. If you pair this with some zucchini noodles, you can totally make it paleo and whole 30.
This is a quick and easy paleo recipe to do during the week, and loaded with healthy wonderful goodness. Instead of using soy sauce (for obvious reasons), we use coconut amino. Aside from being soy free and gluten free, coconut amino is low in the glycemic index and packed with vitamins and minerals!
