Before heading to the beach, since there is no gym, I go for a run – and then add some body weight exercises to do after. So here’s what I did:

We got to the Adirondack Lodge where the trail head starts at 8am, the sun was beaming and the heat was starting to rise – perfect day for a hike. Sometimes you need to have a kid’s meal, and what’s better than chicken tenders?! The coconut flakes leave the chicken a bit on the sweeter side, but it makes for a great excuse to use a spicy bbq dipping sauce J
