Weekly Work Outs 6/20 – 6/25

Anyways, next month is finally our yearly beach vacation, and I can’t wait! But it also means I will be getting really strict with food and workouts for the next couple weeks. So after this weekend, I’m battening down the hatches and getting to work. Got to make sure I’m beach ready!

Anyways, let’s see what they had in store for me this month! Let’s talk about The Beauty Crop PB&J Smoothie Stick. First off the sample size is bigger than my index finger, its huge! It’s more of a pink-mauve color, and it has a creamy smooth texture. Definitely going to be purchasing this!

Cucumber Sesame Salad

We got most of the vegetables from the farmer’s market over the weekend, and they were so incredibly fresh. This is such an easy meal, and you don’t even have to turn on the stove… so on a warm summer day, you can feel light after you eat it and your house won’t feel like a heat box!
