It’s a super simple salad recipe, with very few ingredients, ingredients you probably already have in your pantry or fridge. The eggs weren’t as overwhelming as I thought, and paired awesome with the rest of the ingredients. Plus, with the addition of the eggs, the salad is totally filling!
